Begin with a 15-minute massage introduction so we can meet, talk and see whether we are comfortable together. This is a brief introduction, not the full GFE-style experience. If we both want to continue, we can discuss a separate, longer booking. The introduction is non-FS.

I am building a small, carefully selected roster for GFE-style experiences. I vet clients first because this is personal time that I want us both to enjoy. These bookings last two to six hours; they are not a rushed 15-minute visit.

When can I request a booking?
My usual availability is 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Earlier or later times may be requested in advance. Please allow about two hours for a same-day request, and more notice for longer plans or special arrangements.
When is my requested time confirmed?
A request is not a booking until I personally approve it and send confirmation. If plans change, message me as soon as possible so we can agree on a new time.
Where should I arrive?
I share the exact location and arrival instructions privately after confirming your booking. For my St. Boniface location, park near the 700 block of Taché and wait in your vehicle for the details.
What should new clients know before reaching out?
I meet with mature clients who can communicate comfortably in English. Clear communication about expectations, comfort, boundaries and consent is required. Aggressive, demanding or disrespectful behaviour is not accepted. Please arrive sober; if we connect, we can discuss enjoying a drink together.
What can we plan together?
For a selected two- to six-hour booking, we can take our time with a full-body massage, body-to-body touch and an HJ ending. I use more than just my hands to make it a full-body experience. A covered CBJ may be added for $40. We can also relax somewhere private, talk, have dinner, go for a walk or plan another experience we both enjoy.
We discuss the plan, boundaries and any outside costs before confirming. This longer encounter is offered only after we have met or spoken and both feel comfortable.
What private booking options are available?
Once we have established a comfortable connection, two private location options may be available. I host extended visits at a relaxed loft-style location in St. Boniface near the 700 block of Taché. These visits are generally booked later in the day for two to six hours.
StayLuxx is a separate option for clients who want a private place of their own during a staycation or business trip.
What is StayLuxx?
StayLuxx connects you with a private, upscale Airbnb-style setting where you can slow down, enjoy the city and make the space your own. You book and pay for your time with me separately from the accommodation. My booking does not include an overnight stay with me.
You may invite up to three respectful personal guests to the accommodation. Any shared time involving me, a guest or a duo must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
How much time and notice does StayLuxx require?
The accommodation is $150 CAD per night with a two-night minimum. Please inquire at least seven days in advance. A separate booking of two to six hours with me is required, and the final schedule is agreed upon before anything is confirmed.
You do not have to remain at the accommodation for both nights, but the two-night minimum still applies.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve StayLuxx and my time. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the booking.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. The deposit is not returned in cash, but with proper notice it may be transferred once to a new booking date within six months.
Can I request a duo or invite another guest?
Yes. Tell me who you would like to include so everyone can talk and agree on the plan first. If you would like me to invite someone who I know will mingle well with us, ask about a duo. Duo sessions and group plans must be arranged in advance.
Can you help while I am visiting Winnipeg?
Yes. I can drive, pick you up, help arrange a rental car and tailor your visit around what you need. Transportation, rentals and other outside expenses are separate and will be discussed while planning.
Are you NDA-friendly?
Yes. I am comfortable signing an NDA for business, confidential projects or personal privacy when we both agree to the terms. Discretion is extremely important to me.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, debit and cash are accepted. A partial payment may be required to secure a general booking; StayLuxx has the specific 50% deposit policy explained above.
How do I speak with Lindsay privately?
Open my private chat to ask questions or leave a voice note. I can reply by text or with a voice message so you can hear me for yourself. There is no account sign-up, email address or fee to chat. A customer-service page setup is $300–$500, depending on the features you choose. I build your admin panel so you can manage most of the work yourself.
Your first 30 days include training and guidance. I’ll teach you how to use your page and admin area. During that time, we can also talk through anything you want changed, simplified or made less busy so the setup feels comfortable for you and your clients.
Stronger together. My goal is to grow a trusted network that starts with us Manitoba girls and can expand across Canada. We can share factual safety information about false inquiries, no-shows and bad-client experiences. When one of us is away or unavailable, we can also refer clients to trusted providers and agree on a finder’s fee when appropriate.
My future safety vision: I’d like to explore an optional panic button or NFC safety tag for providers who work alone. If activated, it could alert trusted participating providers or a chosen contact nearby, giving us another way to check in and look out for one another. This is not a live feature yet. I plan to keep learning, talking with providers and developing the idea as I create more pages. It would support—not replace—emergency services.
After the first 30 days, if you need something fixed or updated, it’s $50 per request. If you get stuck, message me and I can usually be available to help within six to 24 hours.
